Performance Psychology Experts

At 7EVEN Football Group, we recognise that football is as much a mental game as it is a physical one. Through working with players from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, we've seen first-hand that every player faces challenges with confidence, resilience, motivation, or pressure at different stages of their journey.

We're looking to collaborate with a qualified psychological performance specialist who can help integrate evidence-based mental performance strategies into our coaching sessions, while also being available to offer occasional 7EVEN Consultations for players and families seeking additional support.

Physical Performance Specialists

The physical demands of modern football continue to evolve, with speed, agility, strength and athleticism becoming increasingly important at every level of the game.

We're looking to work with an experienced physical performance specialist who can help design and implement innovative, football-specific training methods that complement our technical coaching philosophy and prepare players for the demands of the modern game.

Head of Goalkeeping

At 7EVEN Football Group, we believe goalkeepers deserve specialist support that is tailored to the unique demands of their position. As our goalkeeper provision continues to grow, we're looking to collaborate with an experienced goalkeeper coach, player developer or former goalkeeper who shares our passion for developing the next generation.

This role extends beyond delivering high-quality coaching sessions. We're looking for someone who can play a key role in shaping our goalkeeper programme by supporting talent identification, player feedback, individual development plans and pathway guidance. You'll have the opportunity to influence and help build an exciting, fast-growing department from the ground up, ensuring our goalkeepers receive the specialist support they need both on and off the pitch.
