We deliver the highest quality coaching to the most motivated players. We pride ourselves on our ability to significantly develop a players’ ability in one specific area in the space of one session.

Although the 7EVEN FOOTBALL GROUP company has only been set up in 2026, we have been operating as Sole Traders under Tecacademy since 2023 which a number of you might have been more familiar with. We are proud to have coached such a wide variety of players who are all on different journeys, a number of whom have gone one to sign at professional academies & a number of whom have progressed significantly over months & years of our coaching

We hand select our coaches based on positive recommendations and previous work colleagues. This way we can quality assure the standard of our coaching is always of a suitable level for our players. A number of our staff currently work in roles at professional academies or have worked previously in professional academies. This is important to us as we appreciate a number of our players have aspirations of playing football at the highest level, so it’s important to have coaches developing them that understand what development is needed to get players there.

We attempt to develop players in alignment with the types of players we see them being long-term. For example, a player with a high level of game intelligence and technical execution - our coaches would likely develop in alignment with the requirements players who play central positions & create midfield positions to support the long-term development of what they could become.

Lastly, we try to create an environment which is a mix of both challenging & caring. We want players to have a good time, connect with our coaches their peers - whilst also learning in a competitive environment where we encourage BEST vs BEST behaviours so players can push each other to the highest level.
